1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

If your country is not listed, shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order weight and size

All prices are displayed in USD.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and customs processing.

United States (Domestic)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment

International delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the order total or shipping cost

Sekage.com is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.


7. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • High shipping volumes

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, Sekage.com cannot control delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience in these situations.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:

  • First, check the tracking information carefully

  • Contact the carrier directly for updates

  • If the issue is unresolved, contact us at orders@sekage.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.


9. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time

  • Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to local regulations

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted in their destination country
