If your package appears lost:
First, check the tracking information carefully
Contact the carrier directly for updates
If the issue is unresolved, contact us at orders@sekage.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time
Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to local regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted in their destination country
